Professional Experience
Lindsey joined Stahancyk, Kent & Hook in March of 2021 as a Law Clerk while waiting for the results of the February 2021 Oregon Bar Exam and joined as an attorney in June of 2021.In California Lindsey externed for the Honorable Nita L. Stormes at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and, after law school, clerked for the Honorable Katherine Lucero, the Presiding Judge for the Juvenile Division of the Santa Clara County Superior Court.
Lindsey was born and raised in Northern Virginia, right outside of Washington D.C. After graduating from high school, Lindsey moved to Charlottesville, Virginia, to attend the University of Virginia where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and graduated with honors. Lindsey attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, on an academic scholarship. She spent her semesters interning for the San Diego Department of Child Support Services; The Legal Aid Society of San Diego Pro Bono Clinics; and the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program’s Family Law Division. While in law school, Lindsey was a Teaching Fellow in the areas of Contracts, Property, and Torts, and was the Executive Lead Articles Editor for the California Western Law Review.

Professional Activities
Lindsey is an active member of the California State Bar and the Oregon State Bar. After passing the California Bar Exam, Lindsey relocated to Astoria, Oregon, to be closer to family.
Awards and Achievements
Lindsey was in the top 8-percent of her graduating law school class and a recipient of the 2019 Antonym Miranda, LLP Scholarship for Family Law. She also contributed as a research assistant to the following article publication: Jessica Fink, Article: Disgorging Harvey Weinstein’s Salary, 41 Berkeley J. Emp. & Lab. L. 285 (2020) (Contributing as Professor Fink’s Research Assistant).
Interests
Lindsey is a lover of all watersports and can frequently be found surfing and kiteboarding along the coast. She also enjoys hiking and running on beaches and trails with her dog, Dewey.
