Mitchel Cunningham

Mitchel is a newly Licensed Paralegal and an active member of the Oregon State Bar Association.  Mitchel is a fifth generation Oregonian who was born and raised in Molalla, Oregon.

Education and Professional Experience

Mitchel earned his Associate of Applied Science degree in legal studies with honors from Pioneer Pacific College in 2016. Distinguished as the top student of his class, he was the exclusive recipient of the 2016 Outstanding Student certificate of achievement.

Mitchel started his role as a paralegal with Stahancyk, Kent & Hook P.C. in 2016.

Mitchel spends his time working in high-asset divorce and high-conflict custody litigation. Working under the managing shareholders of Stahancyk, Kent & Hook P.C., Mitchel has aided lawyers in the areas of divorce, legal separation, and post-judgment modifications, encompassing issues of custody, parenting time, child support, and spousal support.

Interests

In his time away from work, Mitchel can be found at restaurants indulging in diverse cuisines, immersing himself in the excitement of sporting events, and collecting unique footwear pieces that allow him to appreciate design and craftsmanship outside of the workplace.
