Women’s Roundtable. Yesterday associate attorneys Erica Strader and Cara Ponzini attended the Bend Chamber of Commerce Women’s Roundtable event, “Building and Managing Winning Teams.” There, the speaker, Connie Druliner from Express Employment Professionals, lead the group in brainstorming ideas for effective team leadership and avoiding unhelpful dynamics in group settings. Erica particularly enjoyed the roundtable discussion of what makes a good team leader. The Bend Chamber regularly holds events in the Women’s Roundtable Series.
