Stahancyk, Kent & Hook is pleased to welcome new associate attorney Christopher Palmer to the firm. Palmer received his J.D. from The University of Oregon School of Law and his batchlor’s degree from California State University Freson with a dual BA in Speech Communication & Philosophy.
Palmer owned and operated Waldman Palmer L.L.C. a both coast law firm that focused on family law issues. Prior to joining the Oregon Bar in 2012, Palmer practiced for several years in California, where his practice focused on business transactions and estate planning. Palmer also worked briefly as Deputy County Counsel for the County of Siskiyou prior to relocating to the north coast.
Palmer is a member of the Family Law Section of the Oregon State Bar and the American Bar Association. He is also an active member of the Clatsop County Bar Association.
Palmer currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of The Harbor, an Astoria non-profit dedicated to serving survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse and has previously served on the Warrenton Business Association and participated in Leadership Fresno, Class XXIII, where he served as Class President.
