Slow Roasted Pears

Ingredients

  • Pears
  • Olive oil
  • Honey
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200
  2. Wash pears and halve them long ways leaving the peals on. Take core out
  3. In baking dish, coat light with olive oil and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle salt over the top
  4. Place all the pears cut side down in baking pan and put it in oven for 3 hours
  5. Flip pears over to cut side up. Bake for 3-5 hours until they start to shrivel and are tender
