Celebrating three decades of running with the hounds, this weekend’s Doggie Dash is a 1.5 or 2.5 mile untimed walk/run that begins and ends at Tom McCall Waterfront Park, including breakfast, a beverage, a pet festival, vendor booths, food carts, and canine contests. You can walk, run or stroll with your dog through downtown Portland, with 100-percent of the proceeds going to the animals at OHS.

St. Johns Bizarre and St. Johns Parade

Kick off the summer street fair season in North Portland at the St. Johns Bizarre, with local music, 70 juried craft vendors, food, a beer garden, and kids’ activities. The bizarre bazaar is on the same day as the 55th Annual St. Johns Parade in North Portland. No political campaigns will be allowed in this year’s parade.
