Yeehaw! This SKH Weekend is all about the Crooked River RoundUp in Prineville Oregon. SKH’s own Jody Stahancyk is the grand marshal of the event and it is sure to be the event of the summer. Other activities this SKH Weekend include Lake Oswego’s festival of the arts, the Naked Bike Ride and the Peacock in the Park.

Good in the Hood Festival has live entertainment, multi-cultural food, kids’ activities, and a beer and wine garden at Lillis Albina Park. A parade begins on Saturday at 11 a.m. at King Elementary School and ends at the festival. Free.
Enjoy organic beer, cider, and mead at BrewFest in the Park [formerly Organic Craft BrewFest], which has food carts, vendors, and a children’s area at Overlook Park. Minors are free with their parents.
Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts is a juried craft fair with 110 booths, a music stage, food court, and wine & beer pavilion in Lake Oswego. Donation.
The Festival of Balloons has balloon launches at 5:45 a.m., glowing balloons Fri. & Sat. at dusk, a craft show, carnival, vendors, food, soccer tournament, beer garden, and a Sunday car show at Cook Park in Tigard.
Thousands participate in World Naked Bike Ride to promote bicycling, safe streets, and body positivity, gathering at Fernhill Park at 8 p.m. for a 9 p.m. ride.
