SK&H hosts Paths to Family Law Careers, Part Two
Wednesday November 19th SK&H hosted Part Two of a a four part series – Paths to Family Law Careers: Government. Shareholder Bradford Miller hosted the event for SK&H and topics included: Why choose government law? How does it intersect with family law? Why is it crucial in our communities? Family dynamics in public and government and 5 practical skill tips for lawyers. The panel looked at government jobs associated with family law, prosecution of domestic violence, juvenile law and the intersection of family law and criminal law.
The series is organized by the National Council of Juvenile and Family court Judges, Lewis and Clark Law School, Judge Katherine Tennyson of Multnomah County Circuit Court, and the Family Law Society.
