Later this month, the Stahancyk, Kent & Hook Bend office will be attending Chimps Inc.’s 12th annual Civil War event. The event is a fun-filled annual fundraiser that boasts a the Civil War football game, a silent auction, paddle raise, raffles, and more. This year, the University of Oregon Ducks and Oregon State University Beavers will face-off in the Civil War game on Saturday, November 24.
Chimps Inc. is a sanctuary designed to provide lifetime care to captive chimpanzees. The organization was founded by Lesley Day in 1995 and has helped innumerable chimps find a safe and comfortable life. You can read more about their work here.
