In an article posted online, Jody’s beliefs are justly supported. The attributes of resilient kids include having one honest and loving adult in their lives who acts as their role model. It’s also important to provide children an opportunity to see that everything in life is not all bad and to think of adversity in a positive manner. If a child does not see positive opportunity through the people that raise them, then they have to assume that their path consists of the same bad habits as their guardians; even if it’s not on purpose.
