Associate Attorney Arthur Saito has begun to volunteer with the Children’s Representation Project of the Multnomah Circuit Court. The Children’s Representation Project, was developed to help children who need help the most – those caught between two parents in high-conflict divorce cases. In such cases,  judges will often determine that the best interest of the child requires an attorney to look after their needs. For families who can’t afford a lawyer for their children, the court will then seek out family law and/or juvenile law attorneys to assist in the case by representing the child. As a volunteer with the CRP of the Multnomah Circuit Court, Arthur will be providing representation to these children.
