Stahancyk, Kent & Hook Shareholder, Ken Goodin and Family Support Education Foundation for Bend-La Pines Schools enjoyed a great evening fundraising for the Education Foundation for Bend – La Pine Schools last week at Pacific Pizza and Brew. Ken, who is Vice President of the foundation, joined other board members to help support the foundation’s mission of providing local students with classroom grants and activity fee scholarships. Innovative Education Funding
“The Education Foundation mobilizes community resources to fund innovative academic programs that go beyond our normal school funding at the 31 schools within the Bend-La Pine School District. We also provide funding for needs-based Activity Fee Scholarships for students to participate in athletics or clubs.
