Frederick leads a Cub Scout Den
Frederick Schroeder, an associate attorney at Stahancyk, Kent & Hook’s Bend office, recently became a Den Leader for his son Byron’s Cub Scout pack. “I was an Eagle Scout,” says Frederick, “and I got a lot out of my involvement with scouting when I was growing up. I want to make sure that my children have similar opportunities.” As Den Leader, Frederick will plan weekly meetings and outings for the pack, oversee the boys’ rank advancement, and monitor the training. In addition to serving as Den Leader, Frederick is a member of the Pack Committee that oversees all the Dens in the Pack. Frederick’s wife, Cherish, is the Committee Chair and together with other parents they budget and plan the Pack’s activities.
