-One Dozen Eggs
-8 – 10 Old Rolls/Buns/Bread
-3 Cups Heavy Cream
-3 Cups Milk
-2 Cups Shredded Cheese – Sharp cheddar
-Leftover Cooked Breakfast Protein (Bacon, Sausage, Ham)
-Salt & Pepper to Taste
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large pan
2. Bake at 400 Degrees until firm and golden
