Corn Stock


  • 6-8 Naked Corn Cobs
  • Water


  1. Cut the corn off of the cob
  2. Break the cobs in half and put in a stock pot or sauce pot
  3. Cover the cobs in water until they are barely floating
  4. Bring to a low simmer for about an hour (until you can see corn bits floating in the stock). Taste to confirm a fairly strong corn flavor.
