Christmas Casserole

Are you still unwrapping your Christmas leftovers? We can help with that!

-Whatever protein you have (turkey, beef, lamb, etc.)

-Mashed potatoes (yams, Yukons. Etc.)

-Greens (Brussel sprouts, green beans, etc)



  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Spray with non-stick spray in a rectangular pan
  3. Layer first protein, then potatoes, then greens, then stuffing as many times as you need
  4. Pour gravy on top
  5. Put in oven for an hour and a half

Chef Colton recommends using your leftover rolls to make a sandwich with this casserole! YUMMY!!!
