Associate attorney Bradford F. Miller has been selected as a Shareholder of Stahancyk, Kent & Hook P.C. Miller, who began his career at SK&H as a law clerk, has made complex dissolution litigation and the drafting and negotiation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements a focus of his practice. He said he is looking forward to the opportunity.
“It has been through the excellent leadership, training and support structure this firm possesses that has opened the door to this opportunity for me and I look forward to becoming a part of that leadership and doing the same for others,” Miller said. “I am very grateful to Ms. Stahancyk and the other shareholders and look forward to continuing to work on behalf of our clients.”
Upon graduating from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2007, the firm hired him as an associate attorney. While clerking for the Honorable Dennis Hubel, Miller learned the value of good planning and attention to detail using the experience to build his young legal career. He advocates passionately and tirelessly on the behalf of his clients, believing that creative solutions, not cookie-cutter approaches, are the key to efficient and mutually beneficial resolutions. SuperLawyers Magazine has named Miller a Rising Star for the past three years, a distinction given to no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys state-wide annually. His passion for helping his community has led him to previously serving on the Multnomah County Bar Young Lawyers Section Pro Bono Committee as well as currently volunteering his time as a pro bono attorney for children in contested dissolution cases.
