What You’ll Need:
- 1 ½ pounds bacon, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- ½ cup of water
- 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of butter
- 4 large yellow onions, diced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ¼ cup of brown sugar
- ¼ cup of sherry vinegar
Instructions:
- Cook bacon
- Add all the ingredients to a sauce pan and cook at medium high until the sugar is dissolved
- Put jam into a jam jar & let cool for 2 hour
