Overripe Avocados?…..You’re everything I AVO wanted!


-4 ripe avocados  

-1/2 red onion

-Juice of 1 lemon 

-1 Tbsp roasted garlic 

-Salt to taste

How to:

  1. Scoop out avocados and mince onion
  2. mix all together season to taste & spread on toast or whatever you like.
  3. Should keep a few days before turning brown. Best stored in a tight container with a piece of plastic wrap pressed tight over top of mash to keep out oxygen.
