Athenaplaza.com, the student worker website has recieved a complete redesign of content and aesthetics. Countless jars of some of the best jams we have ever tasted are piling high in the kitchen and the best part is... the students aren't satisfied yet.

Oregondivorce.com Gets A Make Over

If you are a regular to our site, it will come as no surprise that the page you are reading now is not on the same old web site it was just a few months back. We have updated the site's look, improved content and made our resources more accessible.

For newsletter readers on the go, the SGR&K Insider has been updated on our site and converted into HTML. For those who are not savvy to "geek speak", that means that our newsletter will no longer take as long to download on dial up connections and if you are so inclined, the text can now be selected to copy and paste into emails or personal recipe books.

Our resource pages have been made more accessible to users with links now on the home page. As before, the resources section holds a wealth of information to direct you to books and other media about divorce, estate planning, how to talk to your kids about divorce issues and even resources for kids and young adults to read during the difficult process of divorce.

Keep your eyes peeled for future changes to our content and to stay abreast of all the firm's "goings on". SGR&K is all about you, oregondivorce.com is no different. If there are any suggestions or comments about the site, please send them to webmaster@stahancyk.com

Student Worker Program: And So, It Begins..

The 2004 summer intern program has officially kicked-off! Student interns were each assigned a lawyer mentor and began their projects, a la the SGR&K Apprentice. This summer’s projects include creating a web site, making jam, preparing for the Lincoln HS football season, and, of course, general office schlepping and even a short film. Students will compete for money and sundry prizes.

Our 2004 summer student intern coordinators are Clarissa Gamolo and Daryl Agpalsa. A recent graduate of the University of Oregon, Clarissa has extensive experience as a student worker herself when she was a Central Catholic High School student. Daryl, a recent graduate and former offensive lineman at Linfield College, is brand new to the firm and, fortunately, a quick study. Together Clarissa and Daryl provide the yin and yang of overseeing the 2004 SGR&K Apprentice program!

We anticipate a zany and fun-filled summer while teaching each student how to work in a professional office setting. If your student would like an opportunity to participate you may obtain an application at www.athenaplaza.com. At present we have several students on a waiting list.
