Kayla Warr has an MBA in addition to her law degree, and her experience in business and
finance allows her to better understand complex financial decisions in high-asset
dissolutions. Before joining Stahancyk, Kent & Hook, Kayla worked as a Legal Due
Diligence Contractor for Expeditors International in Seattle, Washington. Kayla has also served as an Internal Audit Intern for both Umpqua Bank and the Oregon State Fair and Exposition Center.
During law school, Kayla spent two years as a law clerk for the Oregon School Boards Association in Salem, Oregon, giving advice to school districts and representing them on litigation matters. Kayla was very involved in Moot Court and she uses her organization and drive to represent client’s interests in court.

Kayla is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Clark County Bar Association, Clark County Family Law Section, Inns of Court, Washington Women Lawyers, the American Association of Justice, and the Order of Barristers.
Kayla is the President of the Maple Valley Youth Symphony Orchestra’s Alumni Association. She has also spent many years as a youth soccer coach and Girl Scout Leader.
Kayla enjoys the outdoors, exploring the Pacific Northwest, playing soccer, reading, and cooking.
