Prior to joining Stahancyk, Kent & Hook, Brent Wilkins gained valuable legal experience in numerous areas of law. He previously maintained a general civil litigation practice in Southern Oregon. Brent also clerked for a state agency and a non-profit organization and volunteered for two legal aid offices. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Charles D. Carlson at the Lane County Circuit Court. During law school, Brent was a Wayne Morse Law Fellow and Research Assistant for Professors Carl Bjerre and Tom Lininger.

Brent is a member of both the Neighbor Impact’s Head Start Policy Council and the Neighbor Impact Board. NeighborImpact is a local non-profit organization that provides critical services and programs to Central Oregon families and individuals so that they can achieve stable, secure futures.
Brent is an avid football fan and cheers on the Baylor Bears every weekend in the fall. When away from the office, he cherishes exploring the Pacific Northwest and enjoys running, hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, cooking, and photography.
