Jesse
Corum
Information Technology Administrative Assistant
Education: Jesse attended Lincoln High
School in Portland, Oregon, and graduated in 1997. He went
on to Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota and graduated
in 2001 with a major in History and a minor in Classical
Civilization.
Professional Experience: Jesse
has a long and varied record of temporary office assignments,
doing everything from data entry to software education.
Also, he spent time as a professional light bulb changer,
installing high-efficiency compact fluorescents as part
of a program by the Energy
Trust of Oregon.
Professional Activities: Just
after college, Jesse spent the summer shooting a documentary
on the festivals of small towns across Minnesota. It
took the next two years to finish editing, but it provided
useful experience for his contributions to two films
about small towns in North and South Dakota. At the moment,
Jesse is pursuing his cinematic interests through writing
and independent study.
Interests: Jesse is an avid film buff
who averages two or three films a week. He also enjoys
music, maintaining an eclectic collection of recorded music
and playing guitar, bass, and mandolin.
