Fred Heath Director of Communications Education: Fred received his BA in Religion from Macalester College, St. Paul, Minnesota in 1996. Since then he has continued to educate himself by reading many books and traveling throughout the United States and Western Europe. Work Experience: Fred worked as a nanny in St. Paul, Minnesota, which provided him the opportunity to experience everything from changing diapers to teenage angst. He was also a cook in fine dining restaurants in St. Paul and a bartender in Manhattan. While in Manhattan, he worked for Lincoln Center Theater, where he was able to watch stars come and go.
