Education: Claire received her BA in biology from Sweet Briar College of Virginia in 2008. She also attended School for Field Studies in Atenas, Costa Rica to obtain an in depth understanding of sustainable development and the application of the subject.

Professional Experience: A recent Portland resident, Claire previously lived in Jackson, WY where she worked at The Brookover Fine Art Gallery. As an associate she gained knowledge concerning photography, small business management and sales. Before becoming an art enthusiast Claire was a swim coach in Houston, TX.

Community Involvement:Claire has helped Habitat for Humanity and volunteered as a swim instructor.

Interests: Claire is an avid hiker, swimmer and soccer player
