Education: Sandy obtained her B.A. from Grinnell
College in Grinnell, IA, where she doubled majored in Biological Chemistry
and Political science. A native of Chicago, Sandy moved to the great Northwest
to earn her J.D. In 2009, Sandy graduated from the University of Oregon School
of Law.
Professional Experience: Sandy externed for The
Honorable Susan Svetkey in the summer of 2007, who introduced her to the
exciting world of family law practice. In the summer of 2008, Sandy clerked
for the Juvenile Rights Project, where she represented minor children in
delinquency proceedings. Sandy participated in the Domestic Violence Clinic
during law school, where she represented survivors of domestic violence.
