Practice Emphasis: Family Law
Education: Brad received his BA from Colorado College as
a double-major in English and Religion. He received his Juris Doctorate
from the University of Oregon School of Law.
Professional Experience: Brad clerked at SKJ&H in the Summer of
2005, and worked his way up to a prestigious corner office. In the Summer and
Fall of 2006, Brad worked for a law firm specializing in Taxation, Estate Planning
and Business Transactions. In the Fall of 2006, Brad also clerked for the Honorable
Dennis Hubel, a Federal Magistrate Judge in Portland.
Brad returned to SKJ&H in November 2006 and continued
to work part-time during the school year. Before law school, Brad volunteered
for the Federal Public Defenders, and was a coach at the Nike Tennis Camp
in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Professional Activities: TBA
Hobbies and Interests: Brad is an avid tennis player,
and he also enjoys golf and skiing. On the weekends you can find him fishing
the Deschutes River. Brad also loves to travel, and lists New Zealand and
the Dominican Republic as his favorite destinations to date.
