Winners Announced
The Better Business Bureau Regognizes Outstanding Local Businesses
PORTLAND, Ore.-February 3, 2006-The Better Business Bureau
announced its 2005 Businesses of the Year at an awards luncheon
today at the Hilton Portland Executive Tower.
The Business of the Year Awards go to one large and one small
business with the highest combined score in the categories
of Customer Service, Community Involvement, and Innovative
Business Practices. Businesses with the highest score in
individual categories also receive recognition. The following
companies were recognized for excellence in the Oregon and
Southwest Washington marketplace:
Small Business of the Year:
Rose City Mortgage (Portland, Ore.)
Large Business of the Year:
Stahancyk, Kent, Johnson & Hook, PC (Portland, Ore.)
Community Involvement:
Costco Wholesale (Vancouver, Wash.)
Customer Service:
Generator Group (Portland, Ore.)
Innovative Business Practices:
Pinnacle Exhibits (Hillsboro, Ore.)
