Sarah E. Denner
Associate Attorney
Professional Experience: During law school, Sarah worked as a law clerk at an established business law firm where she was exposed to complex estate planning, contractual, and employment law matters. She also spent two years as a law clerk in the Rules and Policies Section at the Oregon Lottery. While there, she drafted and edited administrative rules and internal policies and helped the Retail Contracts Section prepare administrative orders.

Professional Activities: Sarah is a member of the Business Law and Estate Planning sections of the Oregon State Bar. She is also a member of the Multnomah County Bar Association. Sarah likes to spend September 17, Constitution Day, in high school classrooms teaching young people about the Constitution through the Oregon State Bar New Lawyers Division.
Community Involvement: Sarah is very active in United Way, serving on the Lane County Emerging Leaders Council and volunteering as a Loaned Executive during the 2010 campaign. While living in Eugene, Sarah volunteered regularly in the kitchen at FOOD for Lane County. During law school, she was a mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters Columbia Northwest. Participated in the Oregon State Bar 2011 Pro Bono Challenge.
Interests: Sarah played soccer at the University of Oregon and sports remain a big part of her life. She continues to play on indoor and outdoor soccer teams, runs, and loves getting out on the golf course during the summer months. Sarah is a lifelong Oregon Ducks fan and a new Portland Timbers fan. She also enjoys cooking and learning about wine.
