Mary T. O'Hanlon
Associate Attorney
Professional Experience: A native of Portland, Mary is returning to the area from Pendleton, where she worked for Mautz, Baum and O’Hanlon, a firm that practices business and civil litigation. Mary worked in these areas but predominately represented family law cases for the firm. Prior to Pendleton, Mary worked at Huffman and O’Hanlon as a partner for 10 years. Her main emphasis was family law, guardianship/conservatorship, wills and trusts. Mary has also worked as a prosecutor and a defense attorney in criminal cases. Mary is an experienced, diligent and devoted advocate and aspires to provide a calming influence to her clients going through difficult times.

Professional Activities: Mary is a member of the Oregon and Washington State Bars, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and District Court for the State of Oregon. She is a past Board Member and volunteer for Columbia County Legal Aid, representing low income clients.
Community Involvement: Mary volunteers at Blanchet House in Portland and is mentor to a student at St. Mary’s Academy. Mary volunteered for the Pendleton Public Library, was an assistant coach for youth soccer and greatly enjoyed the Pendleton Round Up. She also previously provided Pro bono services through Columbia County Legal Aid.
Interests: Mary recently got married and returned to Portland. She looks forward to married life, re-acclimating to Portland and enjoying some of the cultural and gastronomic adventures that were not available in Pendleton. Mary enjoys soccer on all levels and looks forward to playing again. She is excited to follow the University of Portland soccer team.
