Rachael M. Roberts
Associate Attorney
Professional Experience: Before joining Stahancyk, Kent & Hook, Rachael worked in a variety of legal areas. She represented clients in contested restraining order hearings as part of a Domestic Violence Clinic. While in Portland, she spent time working with Youth, Rights & Justice, Attorneys at Law, helping juveniles and families with legal matters. She also externed for the Lane County Juvenile Court.

Professional Activities: Rachael is an active member of the Oregon State Bar Association, the Deschutes County Bar Association, the Multnomah Bar Association, and the Lane County Bar Association. She also participates in the Oregon New Lawyers Division. Rachael also attends Continuing Legal Education (CLE) classes in order to stay up to date on changing trends in the law.
Community Involvement: Rachael has been a youth outreach volunteer for Womenspace, an organization that advocates for battered women in Eugene. She has also volunteered with Lane County Legal Aid and Advocacy Center, helping low-income community members with legal matters. She also enjoys helping environmental groups and has volunteered for Land, Air, Water environmental law group, and TreeUtah. She has also been involved with the Boys and Girls Club and AmeriCorps in Salt Lake City, UT. Rachael has taken a lot of enjoyment from volunteering and has received a Public Interest and Pro Bono Certificate of Completion from the University of Oregon School of Law.
Interests: Rachael enjoys hiking, skiing, and visiting National Parks. She loves to travel, but her favorite past time is relaxing and enjoying meals with her family and friends.
