Professional Experience: Ken is a member of the Oregon State Bar and is the current Vice President of the Deschutes County Bar Association. Ken enjoys helping people understand the often difficult processes involved in family law situations and working towards solutions.

During law school, Ken worked as a law clerk at Jaqua & Wheatley in Eugene. Ken has also worked as an Unemployment Insurance adjudicator for the Oregon Employment Department. Prior to law school, Ken was a case assistant at Stoel Rives in Portland, and a waiter at Timberline Lodge and at Portland’s Oba Restaurant.

Ken has performed volunteer work with the Deschutes Basin Land Trust in Central Oregon and volunteers by clearing invasive plants, and planting native species on land owned by the trust. He has also performed pro bono work through Lane County Legal Aid while in law school, volunteered for the Greenhouse Shelter for homeless teenagers in Portland and was a Volunteer Forester with the U.S. Forest Service.
